Refund Policy
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods purchased are faulty, or not as described.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned, but you must first contact Silver Jubilee 1977 Ltd. at David@royalsilverjubilee.com to register your request for a refund.
These conditions do not effect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
Shipping to be within 7 days from receipt of order unless otherwise stated.
